WEB-designer (UI / UX)

We invite you to a permanent job as Web / UI / UX Designer (at first remotely, then to the office).

Professional requirements:

  • Required experience in prototyping, designing and creating web interfaces;
  • Good understanding of user experience, management functionality, understanding of methodologies and processes;
  • Taste, knowledge of the basics of composition and color compatibility;
  • Attention to details, responsibility for the result of work, a sense of proportion in design;
  • Graphic design skills (data visualization, composition basics, typography, etc.)
  • Skill to communicate customer requirements through visual ideas;
  • Understanding the difference between beautifully and effectively;
  • Full understanding of the possibility of implementing all ideas after design development;
  • Proficiency: Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator;
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of usability and the ability to apply them in practice;
  • The ability to generate outstanding and interesting ideas on a given topic!
  • Readiness for constructive criticism and dialogue;
  • Understanding the principles of responsive design;

What you have to do:

  • Development of prototypes of standard pages for web projects, taking into account the principles of usability and project objectives;
  • Communication with the Project manager;
  • Compliance with deadlines, redlines;
  • Creation of final layouts;
  • Monitoring compliance with the rules for preparing layouts for layout, taking into account all conditions;
  • Development (layouts, graphics) of UI elements of websites;

Working conditions:

  • 5 days a week from 9 to 18 to be in touch (it is not necessary to sit at the computer, but it should be possible to receive a call)
  • Deadlines are everything. You can work even at night and however convenient. The main thing is to comply with the deadline.
